How the choice works
A banner appears where there is something to ask. Until a choice is made, no non-technical cookie is installed and no third-party content is loaded. Rejecting takes exactly one click, just like accepting, and closing the banner without choosing does not count as consent.
The choice lasts six months, after which it is requested again. It can be changed at any time, from here or from the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page.

Third-party content — consent required
The Contact page includes a Google Maps map. It does not load on its own: until consent is given, an image of the area hosted on our own servers stays in its place, and it contacts nobody. Once consent is given, Google receives the visitor’s IP address and may write its own cookies, which change over time: the current list is in Google’s privacy policy.
What this website does not do
Today the site uses no analytics and no advertising cookies, loads no social network panels or buttons, and profiles nobody. The links to Facebook and LinkedIn in the footer are plain links: they write nothing until they are opened.
The site’s fonts are served from our own server: no call is made to Google Fonts.
If any of these tools is switched on, it will appear in the list above and the banner will ask before installing it. For the map, the only external service currently in use, the transfer of data to the United States takes place on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognized as adequate by the European Commission on July 10, 2023.
Browser, rights, contact
Besides the banner, every browser allows cookies already installed to be blocked or deleted from its own settings: the instructions vary from browser to browser and can be found in its help pages. Blocking all cookies, including the strictly necessary ones, may prevent the site from working properly.
Anyone may request access to their data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Requests are to be sent to info@dpssrl.com and a reply follows within one month. Anyone who considers that the processing infringes the Regulation may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
For everything else concerning the processing of personal data, the privacy policy applies. Applicable law: Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Article 122 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and the Italian Data Protection Authority’s guidelines of June 10, 2021.
